My house is full of home from home style and character. I have a pretty garden you can sit in during the warmer months and you are welcome to use all the living areas and kitchen during your stay. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Located on easy routes between Bristol and Bath.

17 Midland Road is a unique and luxury place to stay in one of Bristol’s most diverse and historic neighbourhoods. 17 Midland Road is a gallery space and between exhibitions we offer the chance to stay in our upstairs gallery, which is also a self contained 3 bed maisonette. The maisonette displays an evolving selection of design items and artworks from artists such as James Joyce, Eve Ackroyd, Adam Dix, Merny, Patrick Waterhouse and Sidney Nolan.

Central Haven: a cosy quirky nest

Our maisonette is a light filled and colourful, quirky home in central Bristol. We are a street away from Stokes Croft with all of it's vibrant cafes and bars...but being at the end of our street, it's quiet too! We also have a resident cat called Superman. He is very friendly and independent. He has an automatic feeder so you don’t need to do anything other than stroke him.
