Both the bedroom and the living room windows open to the beach and boast a splendid view. The bedroom comes with a small ensuite shower room and and a walk-in wardrobe with a safe. Free indoor parking in the neighbour building.

You will spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Nice in the Carre d'or district, close to the Promenade des Anglais, in my freshly renovated apartment with new double glazed soundproofed windows and freshly painted in November 2025. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.
