Grand appartement de 140m2 qui convient aux couples, aux amis ou aux familles. Appartement proche de tous les sites touristiques (Tour Eiffel, Champ de Mars, Statue de la Liberté, Stade Roland Garros, La Seine, etc.). Ligne 10 & 9, RER C, les bus 72, 52 et 22. 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 salle de douche, 1 toilette séparée, 1 salle à manger, 1 grand salon et 1 très belle terrasse arborée avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel en automne/hiver. Quartier calme et agréable avec tous les commerces.

Eiffel Tower - Charming 1 BD apt

An outstanding location in the 7th district of Paris, 2 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. Our luxurious, great standing apartment, has a beautiful spacious living-room, one separate bedroom, a bathroom, TV, internet and fully furnished kitchen. The apartment has no AC, since it's an old building, however there is a very good purifying fan/heater, that not only cools or heats very well, but also purifies the air, which is very helpful if you have allergies.

You also have a bus that takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower. And the RER A to go to Disneyland.
