Construite de façon écologique et entièrement en bois brulé, son style atypique ne vous laissera pas insensible. Vous profiterez de sa grande terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur l'étang aux beaux jours, ainsi que de son intérieur avec son atmosphère douce et cosy, et son poêle à bois pour vos longues soirées.

Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

🏡 Bienvenue à La petite verte, notre grand gîte familial (6 chambres pour 12 personnes) en Périgord-Limousin. 🌊 Situé à Videix, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage surveillée de la Chassagne (Lac de Haute-Charente). 🛶 Activités nautiques (paddle, canoë, pédalo...), baignade surveillé l'été 🥾 randonnées au départ de la maison 🐎 Balades à cheval Commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes. À 10 min de Rochechouart, Vayres et St-Mathieu. Le parfait mélange entre nature et loisirs !

Handdoeken, beddengoed en keukendoeken liggen al voor je klaar, en je bent van harte welkom om vrij gebruik te maken van onze tuin en natuurlijke zwemvijver. En vanzelfsprekend: iedereen is bij ons welkom. Wij zijn LHBTIQ+-friendly en geloven in een plek waar iedereen zich vrij en thuis voelt!

Beautiful family house - Heated pool & jacuzzi

Très belle maison charentaise entièrement rénovée en 2020-21, avec vaste jardin arboré de 4000m². Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...). Située dans un petit bourg avec commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie/produits artisanaux locaux, supermarché, pharmacie...) et un petit marché le dimanche.
