Very rarely am I at a loss for words after staying at an accommodation, but I truly was speechless when I checked in. I could not have wished for a better apartment to stay at in Quebec City. Marc was an amazing host, offering many different recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area throughout the entire time of our stay. The apartment was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and everything about the listing matched what actually was there in real life. I would highly recommend this apartment for anybody who wants to visit the old city in Quebec! The next time I’m in Quebec, I will be staying at Marc’s place!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Tout se trouve à proximité (magasins d'alimentation, pharmacie, bus avec ligne direct vers le Vieux Québec ou les chutes de Montmorency). Pour qui aime l'atmosphère de la France et des États-Unis, c'est le top... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L’espace est parfait. Tout était propre. Dans la cuisine il ne manquait de rien. Le quartier est un peu malfamé, il y a beaucoup d’itinérants, mais rien de menaçant et dans le quartier il y a vraiment de tout, bars, épicerie, restaurant et magasins!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Élise et Pierre-Luc. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et beau. Facile d'accès, le stationnement y est facile même en hiver. Très bonne proximité des lieux touristiques, 15-20 min pour Québec ville ou l'île d'Orléans, 10min pour la chute Montmorency ou Sainte Anne de Beaupré et la station de ski à 30min seulement. C'est vraiment le bon logement pour visiter la région de Québec tranquillement.

Patrice’s place was very nice and centrally located in St. Roch! There were many small restaurants nearby in walking distance from the condo, we particularly recommend Birra & Basta. Old Quebec is about a 10-15 minute drive from the apartment with lots of paid public parking available. The environment of the apartment was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We stayed comfortably as a family of four in early may, so the pool wasn’t yet open for our stay (the rooftop still had great views!). The beds were nice, and both bedrooms had a fan. The TV was large and had applications available to login to. The bathrooms were nice and clean, however one bath tub and one sink drained slow, but the other two worked fine. The garage space was very convenient although pretty tight. When the space next to ours was occupied, we had to squeeze out the passenger side. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Patrice’s place and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Quebec City!

Très bel endroit sur l'Ile d'Orléans. Vue spectaculaire. Très agréable de se promener aux alentours. Charmante maison pour un grand groupe. Nous étions 7 adultes et 4 enfants. Salle de bain privée dans chaque chambre. Les lits et la literie sont confortables. Plusieurs commodités qui rendent le séjour plus agréable. L'hôte est réactive et demeure disponible pour quoi que ce soit. À recommander sans hésitation!!!

Carole's place was one of the best Air B&B that we have ever stayed at. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and a great host. One could tell that she took pride in her home and the cleanliness was amazing. We had all we could have possible needed in amenities, she provided a complete showing of all of the home. Carole was super responsive to any question that one might have. Location was great for us allowing exploration of the Ile d' Orleans or a quick trip to Quebec. She provided good recommendations for places to go, eat or relax with a glass of wine or cider. My wife's and mine experience was great and I would give Carole personally a higher than 5 rating if it was possible. Pictures accurate, description clear, and yes we would absolutely stay again over any other place on the island.

Comfortable place to come back to after a full day of skiing. My second time staying in this area. It's a quiet area full of condos/chalets. Nothing really around, but I was there for the skiing. The instructions were clear, did not have to contact hosts as everything was as expected. Would definitely come back.

What a great place! We stayed two nights and were very comfortable. It’s small, but adorable and has everything you need! The neighbourhood is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Quebec City. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful three nights at Christian's place. The apartment was pristine, extremely clean, cozy and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and linen was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and most of all, it had an amazing coffee which our group enjoyed time and again. Christian was a great host, extremely proactive with detailed instructions of checkin, things to do and amenities inside the apartment. He checked-in daily to see if we were comfortable, and provided detailed instructions for checkout. All in all we had a great stay.

Bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (sucre, café et thé à disposition, ainsi que les capsules pour le lave linge et le lave vaisselle. Juste un petit bémol pour la literie un peu molle à notre goût, mais cela vaut quand même un 5 étoiles. Nous recommandons ce logement sans souci.

We really enjoyed our stay as location was a priority for us - we wanted a walkable location and we were easily connected to different areas of Old Quebec for sightseeing and restaurants. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the building was quiet.

Petit havre de paix en pleine ville, très tranquille. À proximité à pied du vieux QC, des bons restos, du strøm spa, etc. L'hôte était réactives et répondait rapidement à toutes mes questions. Stationnement dans le garage, toutes les instructions étaient claires. Le spa était propre et fonctionnel. Batterie de cuisine complète. Pas de laveuse/sécheuse. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Le logement est très bien aménagé et décoré avec soin : on se sent bien au chaud. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse. Tout est très fonctionnel et pratique. L'endroit est idéalement situé, surtout si vous souhaitez faire de ski au Mont Saint Anne (5 min en voiture). De plus Ian est hôte ultra réactif et très arrangeant : il a répondu à toutes nos sollicitations en quelques minutes. Un bel endroit que je recommande !

Excelente estadía. Departamento amplio y con todas las comodidades necesarias. El barrio tranquilo a 15 minutos del centro que en auto se nos hizo muy fácil de llegar y lo mejor esta cerca de la cascada, la cual estaba a 15 minutos caminando. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar.

! The location was ideal—right in the heart of Old Quebec, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the living space was both stylish and inviting. My kids absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space for them to relax, and the setup was very family-friendly.

The check in was very easy thanks to pictures and explanations. The apartment was quiet and clean. Coffee was provided! It was an easy 30 minute walk to Old Quebec City. Elise was very responsive… the place suited our needs!
