Summer: pathways w/flower beds, wood statues, picnic bench, adirondack seating, wood swing & hammock will surely make your morning coffee or evening drink taste delicious! Fishing/& sm watercraft on pvt lakes! Winter: sit inside w/ a fire & adore the snow globe look, 50 trees lit up! Nearby ice fishing on 2 pvt. lakes, hiking, Skiing nearby, 37 min.

This updated 960 sq. ft. 1 bedroom w/ loft. (2 queen beds). 1 queen sofa bed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. *The condo is at 10k ft elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Wildlife and scenery along the way *Roofing and siding are being replaced during the months of August and September. Potential exterior construction to be heard during daytime working hours only.*

There are 5 major ski resorts close by. Zip lining, hiking, white water rafting, etc all within minutes of the cabin. Red Rocks Ampitheater approx 30 minutes. Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

TVs in bedrooms and living room. ***In winter months 4 wheel drive is required*** Located in the mountains at 10,000 ft. so there is a 9 mile drive down a well maintained county highway to Idaho Springs. The ceiling to floor windows offer amazing views of Chief Mountain and Mt Evans and are enjoyed from inside the cabin and on the deck. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing and so much more are accessible from the front door. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers a very relaxing place to kick back and enjoy the view.
