Studio Apartment Taringa - Close to CBD & UQ

Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Refurbished bedsit with reverse cycle aircon and comfortable queen bed. Own bathroom. Shared use of large garden, outdoor areas and pool. Fridge and microwave with coffee/tea making facilities. Toaster and plunger coffee. (No stove top or oven) Wifi, table and TV. Suits stays for one or two people. 10kms to city, close to railway, bus and park and bike path. Street parking only. If steps are an issue you can get an electric gate key in exchange for a $100 fully refundable deposit. No smoking!

We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Brisbane CBD is a short 10 minute car drive and the surrounding area offers parks, coffee shops and local shopping. The accommodation is perfect for singles, couples and small families and we offer super comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen.

The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. It is walking distance along the river promenade to CBD and the valley. We have a first class amenities like, waterfront pool, gym and sauna NOTE: check-In hours vary. Monday to Thursday MUST be before 5pm. Friday must be before 3pm and Saturday between 9am and 12 midday. These times are non negotiable.
