Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Studio en demi-sous-sol, le logement est parfait pour un couple. Le studio est équipé d’une salle de douche avec un WC, d’un coin salon avec un canapé, d'un espace nuit avec un grand lit double, et d'une cuisine avec un réfrigérateur, un four, un micro-ondes, une plaque à induction et une machine à café Tassimo. Nous mettons à votre disposition un accès à Netflix, une connexion Wi-Fi, un grand jardin à partager avec nous. À environ 20 mn de Paris via la ligne H et à 7 mn à pied de la forêt.

Cet appartement en duplex lumineux (exposition sud) et entièrement rénové en 2022 est parfait pour les séjours en famille, entre amis ou entre collègues. Il fait 130m2 et dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses et de 3 salles de bain. Sa pièce de vie fait 45m2 avec sa cuisine à l’américaine équipée et son salon/séjour. Il est parfaitement équipé (internet fibre haut debit, climatisation, lave linge, lave-vaisselle). Il donne sur une cour intérieur au calme. Linge de maison et serviettes fournis

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Joli appartement dans le haut Marais. Sur cour et baigné de lumière. A deux pas du Musée Picasso - du centre Georges Pompidou - du quartier piéton de Montorgeuil. Cuisine équipée et ouverte sur le salon, grande salle de bain. Tout le confort pour que votre séjour à Paris soit parfait!

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central. Charmant studio de 20m2 rénové, comprenant une cuisine ouverte toute équipée ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC. Le canapé lit est composé d’un couchage de qualité (marque Simmons). Situé au cœur de Saint leu la Forêt, proche tous commerces, à 5min à pied de la Gare (ligne H - 25 min de Gare du Nord Paris) et à 5min en voiture de la forêt de Montmorency. Parking gratuits à proximité. Studio non-fumeur, merci.

New apartment totally renewed by an architect, a lot of light, under the roof with the top of the Eiffel Tower view! In the heart of Batignolles and Montmartre district, at 10min walking distance from the Sacré Cœur, at 10min walking distance from Moulin Rouge and the very dynamic district Pigalle, at 20min walking distance from Madeleine/ Concorde... On the 5th floor without elevator but a great space, light and view when you re in the apartment! It worths it!

Paris 25 minutes by train or car. Near Bouffemont and Domont golfs. Possibility of renting 2 queen-size double bedrooms +2 bathrooms, on the lower floor at additional cost, via airbnb.
