Enjoy the best waterfront view in town with access to a hammock, wifi, hanging swing, porch swing, bbq grill, huge yard, and giant concrete patio all looking up river! There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

Check out this stylish 2 bedroom with one bath. Located just blocks away from the Hospital in a quiet little mobil home park. Close to beautiful walking trails and a fishing pond at the Missouri Western University that hosts the Chiefs training camp❤💛. There is a grocery store and many restaurants across the street. I have everything you need to be comfortable. There is a ramp to get in, no stairs. If you have additional family, ask us about our other trailers in the same little park.

We are right next to Coleman Hawkins Park where many festivals and concerts are held. Check the St. Joseph downtown calendar for any events that might bring crowds and noise. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced front yard for dogs to roam around and play. There is a pet fee. You will be responsible for any pet clean ups in the yard. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay.
