The “Heaven on the Beach House” is a classic 1950’s style home, with easy beach and ocean access. Its’ elegant woodwork and breath taking sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico and Cape San Blas are captivating. Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

Welcome to "Gone Coastal" Enjoy all that Windmark Beach has to offer with a relaxing stay in this newer home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that is one of the closest homes to the town center and main pool. It is 2 blocks from the beach, a easy 5 min walk or short bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities such as bikes (including two ELECTRIC bikes), 2 paddle boards, and a 6-seater golf cart all included!

Unwind in Windmark Beach - Sea Views!

We love our beach cottage and would love to share it with you. We're steps to beautiful St Joe Bay with uncrowded white sandy beaches, dining, pool and shopping. Plenty of screened porch area to enjoy family time. Windfresh Beach House is set apart from other houses in Windmark Beach as the house has a unique southern dog trot, tons of porch space to enjoy and was built with premium materials and was the community show home.

This charming coastal cabin is in a gated community. It is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with many amenities. There are 2 levels of screened in porches where you can relax and unwind. There are two pools for your pleasure and a club house with exercise equipment. It is 3 minutes from downtown Port St Joe and from multiple beaches. You are centrally located from Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola and St George Island.
