Pickleball courts at “Fred Pate Park” Beautiful rental with LVT flooring and more. LOOK at PICTURES and SEE!!! We have a lot of bicycles! Bike trails, sidewalks, bay and restaurants are a bike ride away. Quiet, fun ,exciting town for all and peaceful ! Good times and great memories!!!!

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!
