Flagler Avenue and Canal Street are minutes away for a greater selection of amazing food, museums, yoga, shopping, and night life.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Large open space adjacent to a beautiful pool, waterfall, and fantastic lake view. 27 miles to Disney World, close to Park Avenue, local hospitals, Universities, and less than an hour to local beaches. Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The train runs by on regular basis. Please note in the pictures the pool creates the ambiance to make your stay complete.

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

There's an incredible nightlife on the Island as well! Just get away from the world and lay in a hammock on the beach with a fire and a bottle of Champagne on a private Beach Chikee and feel like you're on a Deserted Island Only Steps Away. There's Surfing, Fishing, suntanning, and plenty more to do on the Island. The unit is not Pet-friendly

The Golf-view House (Entire House, King bedroom)

This 2/1.5 house is private, clean, and cozy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides all necessary cooking wares. The spacious dining/livingroom area receives enough sunlights through the picture windows. Enjoy beautiful golf course view while sitting at the dining table and/or on the humongous outside deck. There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

The Crescent Moon, east of A-1A, is a charming 1/1 cottage, for small family, 2 friends or one couple. ONE CAR ONLY. Pet friendly cottage and beach. Soothing mornings, evenings to relax in the breeze! Simple 1 block stroll to the soft sand beach. No busy roads to cross. Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 50 pounds. The local taxes of 5% are listed under community fee.
