The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Our Cottage is perfect for both Families & Couples. Both bedrooms are big, bright and airy. The entire cottage is typical of St. Ives charm with the cobbles of Virgin Street on your door step. Please note: Parking is not included (but we have all the information you need) There are also 10 steps up to property entrance.

The house is accessed by granite steps which lead to the front door where you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Included with a reservation at Corner Cottage is a guaranteed parking space. Although not on site, it is only a 5 minute walk away at Porthgwidden beach car park.

Our place is close to the beach, it is up on Porthmeor Hill with amazing views. Restaurants are close by, lots of family-friendly activities round and about including a brilliant Surf School. Very close to the National Park / National Trust There are many art galleries in the town, and the world famous Tate Gallery is just minutes walk from the flat. You’ll love the place because of the views, proximity to town and beaches and the off street parking in front of the flat.
