Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Very warm stay in this fully furnished 31 m² apartment. The accommodation is located in a new residence, in the north of Paris. 150 meters on foot from the Front populaire metro (line 12), about 15 min from the center of Paris (Saint Lazare, Grands boulevards, Châtelet, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées,...). Nearby faciliticies : Franprix supermarket, bakery, Le Millénaire shopping center, local market (Saturdays), pharmacy, near the Paris ring road. 30min away from the CDG airport and Orly Airport.

Welcome to our 40m² apartment, a peaceful haven renovated in January 2024, located in the heart of Porte de Paris in Saint-Denis. Just 1 minute walk from metro line 13 and 10 minutes from the Stade de France, my place can accommodate up to 4 guests. Exclusively for you: a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a cozy living space. 🤩 Note: Due to recent water damage, part of the living room ceiling has been affected.
