With wellness in mind, plunge pool, infrared sauna, hot tub, outdoor luxurious shower and NEW inground fire pit and the most unique Theatre Room imaginable

*NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING* MUST REGISTER ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS AND PETS. $50 PET FEE. Basement suite with extensive soundproofing, including two bedrooms with double beds, dressers, closets with hangers and egress windows. The kitchen has most things you would need ,see photos. Kitchen table with seating for four. Natural gas BBQ provided upon request. The bathroom provides towels, hair dryer, iron and toiletries. The living room has a pull out sofa, chairs and desk, 34"LG smart TV with Prime.

Walking distance to the Wapiti Ski Chalet, close to world-class fishing at Codette and Tobin Lakes, and minutes from Gronlid’s cross-country skiing and hiking trails. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space..we have off road parking. Private entrance. Smoke free home. Fenced back yard. 5 blocks from the Victoria Hospital. We are 10 minutes to anywhere (driving) in Prince Albert. And that includes the Little Red River Park. We have one queen bed as well as one double bed for you to choose from. There is wifi, many apps like Prime, Stack, Disney, etc.We have many different games in the cupboard found in the living room.

1500 sq ft light housekeeping 2 bedroom(4 queen)

1500 square feet lower level of new home. 2 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, living room, dining room and light housekeeping food prep area. refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and induction hot plate and electric frying pan. The entrance is almost private just a quick few steps to the lower level. We are currently assembling the pool table. there are 2 desk areas if you need to work from our home. The renters must meet all local COVID requirements

This is a cozy, newly built home located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Located near the Victoria Hospital, it is a perfect place to stay in the city. The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 showers and sleeps four people. May accommodate up to 5. A queen size bed in the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom both with a tub and standing shower. It also has a walk in closet. A full bed is in the second bedroom. Included in the house are a washer and dryer set.
