1,800 SF, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, on a secluded 5 acre lot just minutes from Historic Downtown and St. Augustine Beach. The home is 100% HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! Convenient shopping and close by restaurants. Full kitchen, spacious living area, large bedrooms (1 with TWINKLE mattress) ceiling fans. Pet friendly! (Some restrictions apply, advance notice required!) Base rate covers up to 4 guests and there's a small upcharge for 5 or more. Motorcycle friendly! We also do live on the property!

St. Aug cottage, great location!

Newly updated tropical cottage close to everything in St. Augustine and steps from the Matanzas River boat ramp. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has wood and tile floors and a lovely screened patio to relax looking at nature and listening to the bubbling fountain. Back yard is fully fenced. 3 miles to downtown, beaches, alligator farm, or the amphitheater. Beautiful area for walking along the Matanzas river and your well loved and cared for pets are always welcome. Boat parking available.

Relaxing heated pool home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our home is clean and spacious located a few steps from the Intracoastal Waterway equipped with a boat launch. We are 10-mins from Old Town or the beach and less than 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Experience our lovely saltwater pool enclosed in a lanai.
