Private and spacious suite with kitchenette close to the Airport, UTC and Downtown. This roomy mother in law suite is located on a residential road close to everything. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Kitchenette with several appliances, complimentary coffee. Large bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, living room has a futon that can sleep 1 person or 2 kids. Large TV with Roku and Netflix, plus fast WiFi. Parking in driveway.

Adorable Attached Guest Suite !

Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. The cottage was built in 1926 and is in a Historic Neighborhood. Our location is a 10 min car ride to the #1 Rated Siesta Key Beach and a short stroll to popular eateries and shopping areas. The cottage is cozy and has all the essentials of home. Private entrance, backyard, kitchenette with a full fridge. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate more. Dogs welcome
