Beautifully renovated beach house. Perfect for couples or a small family. Just 450ft walk to the beach! That's a 2 min walk! Entire upstairs is the master suite w/ attached bath & beautiful walk-in shower. Complete w/ a comfy king size bed. The main floor living room has a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A queen air mattress is provided until our murphy bed is delivered. A small fenced yard w/ turf for pets is attached. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

We are located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. Our complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings.
