Cute and cozy 550 sq ft bungalow perfect for couples. Located directly on the bay. Boat ramp 1/4 mile away. Boat dock with slips in your backyard! Work from the kitchen table and watch boats go by. This duplex offers breathtaking views. Fish from your backyard or off the newly built dock. PCB is a 30 min. drive. Mexico Beach is 18 mi. Large back deck, amazing sunsets. My place is close to The Beach. Restaurants. Shops. Go-Cart Rides and Miniature Golf., St. Andrews State Park.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy beds, the coziness.. My place is good for couples, families (with kids). 4 houses from the Sugar sand beach. Guests must agree to a few simple house rules in writing to me. This cottage is Not Pet Friendly. Just so you know that this house is an older house. Built in the 1960’s. It has survived many hurricanes. Solid block

Cozy 2 bdrm cottage with sunny wrap around porch

This is a sweet property with a huge wrap-around porch with a swing and 2 rockers for relaxing. New in 2026 is a covered dining pavillion with cafe lights, a gas grill and seating for 6. The house is only one block from the bay, in the heart of St Andrews, which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Panama City. Within a short walk or bike ride you will find locally owned waterfront restaurants featuring fresh seafood, coffee shops, a bakery, ice creamery, and local boutiques.

McBeachin Bungalow 1blk from beach & close to 30A

This COZY 3/2 70 yr old cottage has been updated. It is about 250 steps from 2 public beach accesses. Located in the west end of PCB, this family friendly area is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Pier Park, 30A and Camp Helen State Park are all just a short drive away. Play corn hole in the private backyard or relax on the hammock. Beach towels, chairs and cart are provided. It is our hope that you will make great memories here with family.
