A gorgeous converted barn in the Charente

A beautiful five bedroom converted barn in Sud-Charente in France with a separate one bedroom cottage and swimming pool. With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

In a beautiful setting with the most amazing 360o views of lovely rolling French countryside. In the summer the fields around the house are normally planted with sunflowers. Close to the lovely village of Saint Severin and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne categorised as one of the most beautiful villages in France just 6km away with lots of shops and restaurants, weekly market, central square asa well as river canoeing, paddle boarding, golfing, cycling hiking. Bienvenue dans notre cabane en bois avec son feu de cheminée et sa barque. La cabane se trouve au bord d'un étang et à coté d'une forêt. Ici vous trouverez le calme et les sons de la nature. Nous habitons dans une impasse dans un petit hameau, à 2km du centre de Ronsenac, 5km de Villebois-Lavalette et 25min au sud d'Angoulême.
