The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

It's a 10 minute walk to Hemel Hempstead town centre, 5 minute walk to a leisure complex which features 8 cinema screens an imax screen, indoor climbing and caving & various branded restaurants. Industrial estate only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minutes walk.
