Beautiful, modern, bright and newly furnished apartment with balcony in the 13rd district close to the Danube! FREE PARKING in the garage. Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! It can accommodate 4 people. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom for two (king bed - 180x200), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for two (150x200).

Our 40 sqm apartment is perfect for couples, good friends, or small family. The studio has a private entrance from the community corridor, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a cozy living room and a gallery room with a double bed. A soothing modernist interiors emphasizing comfort, harmonized proportions, and calming color palettes. The studio is by the Danube Riverside, steps from the Margaret Bridge, and surrounded by coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Best location, neighborhoods of restaurants, pubs

The apartment is in central location, in the Jewish quarter of Pest, in a neo-baroque building built at the end of the 19th centrury. There are many pubs and restaurants neighborhood of the aparmtment. Most of the attractions can be reached by walk, but public transport is also very good, bus, tram and metro stops are 3 minutes away. The airport bus stop is also 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the groundfloor and overlooks the courtyard.

Spacious and Stylish by the Chain Bridge

Central location: right at the Chain Bridge, below the Castle. The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament, has an old beauty while the apartment is characterful and feels home instantly. The flat looks onto the inner courtyard of the house. Split air conditioner installed after 5 June 2025, except for the living room.

Ez az autentikus budapesti kislakás egy most Spanyolországban angolt tanító barátnőmé, így kiadó. Ebben a jól felszerelt lakásban találsz angol nyelvű könyveket, társasjátékokat is, és sok szép szobanövény lakja, valamint világos, szomszédoktól mentes napsütötte erkélye is van.
