Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. The Martini Beach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful beach front oasis. Start your day off with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean. Then head in as you prepare breakfast in the newly updated and fully stocked kitchen with all modern appliances. After that you can walk 50' out the back door and enjoy your day on the beach with the kids. No worries of parking, packing lunches, bathroom breaks and if someone wants to go home early its only 50' away.
