Monte Nido Retreat, minutes to Malibu/Pepperdine

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

Casita Solstice

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Malibu Beach Cottage

Location Location Location. This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large private patio, and walking distance to shopping/fine dining. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

The Canyon Cabin

Private, bright tiny home with a loft nestled into the canyon hillside of Old Topanga. Independent, fully furnished with everything one to two people could need to have a relaxing retreat and enjoy the peaceful canyon views, nearby hiking trails, and escape the business of LA. You will have full access to the entire cabin, including front wrap-around porch, back patio, and yard. Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.
