This was one of my favorite AirBnbs because of how beautiful and cozy it was. New amenities as well as a diverse and interesting book collection. The space had a great set up and I slept super peacefully both nights. Dawn is so kind, helpful, and thorough, which made check in and check out so flexible and easy. Will be back whenever I visit UC Davis!

Great spot I’ll book again in the future

Carol’s space was so cute and serene. The garden outside of the Inkling is so beautifully done and such a nice view to wake up to when opening the window panes. The inside was tastefully decorated, linens felt nice and clean and cozy, and we slept well each night! The surrounding neighborhood proved to be a very nice area to stroll and see wildlife (deer, bats, snakes!) and a 10-15 minute drive to any stores, coffee shops, etc. A wonderful getaway if you’re okay with not walking to restaurants/shops - the trade off is tranquility and nature, and it was so worth it! Very nice and quite location perfect for night runs or walks. Very clean place and I spend hours cleaing my room so I can acknowledged and appricate that! Also very responsive and warm guest. Plesent stay overall.

Jacqui und Paul sind wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Riverstay ist wundervoll. Es hat eine gut funktionierende Heizung, es war trotz eines Kälteeinbruchs sehr sehr warm, das sagt eine Frostbeule, die ihre Wärmflasche nicht nutzen musste, was an ein Wunder grenzt. Es gibt nichts was nicht vorhanden ist, vom Salz bis zur Bodylotion ist alles vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten und absolute Ruhe. Alles ist geschmackvoll und penibel sauber. Obwohl die Gastgeber selbst im Haus wohnen ist die Privatsphäre völlig gewahrt. Danke für fantastische Tage.

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

The space is modern and clean in a very convenient location in midtown area. I greatly appreciated the guest parking pass for street parking! The bed was very comfy, and the shower was nice with great water pressure. My stay took place over the weekend and Corby made me aware of the nearby bar and grill in advance, while providing ear plugs and a white noise machine which was very thoughtful. I didn’t mind the activity at all, especially for how nice, clean, convenient and secure the location was. The amenities were sufficient and I didn’t find myself needing anything extra. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Rental was perfect! Easy to find, everything I needed inside and Jenny was very responsive and helpful.

Ruth and Ben’s place is consistently spotless, thoughtfully organized, and always kept at a perfectly cool, comfortable temperature. The shower has great water pressure and gets wonderfully hot….just what you want after a long day. The neighborhood feels safe, is very walkable, and offers everything you need close by. It’s a fantastic value for the price. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will absolutely keep coming back.

Comfortable with access to great walking trails. Kitchen is minimal but functional for light meal prep. Not much sitting space but a comfortable place to sleep.

I had everything I needed to attend a conference and spend a day in Davis even though I didn’t have a car. If you’re comfortable on a bike, it’s easy to get from Naomi’s place to downtown Davis on her provided bike. She also has helmets and a pump. I walked to a local restaurant the first night and to the budget grocery store for breakfast and dinner stuff. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe.

This is out 2nd stay at Sandeep’s place Sandeep is very responsive to text and with communication about house access and house information. He responded quickly in bringing a few needed items. The space is comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend Sandeep’s place and hope to stay again the next time we are in Roseville.

Wendy and Carlos were wonderful hosts. They were very hospitable and kind. Great to talk to as well, you can tell they love people and take great pride in hosting. Highly recommend their place.

Great spot right near downtown! Clean space and lovely little backyard space with it. We had our one year old with us so I felt a little bad during her fussy hours when I realized it shared a wall with someone’s home. Would stay again for any event in downtown Lincoln!

Lovely guest suite at the back of the main house. With private deck and small fenced yard- perfect for my two little dogs. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed and high-end bed linens. Comfy leather sofa, lots of light, but good drapes to block out mid-afternoon sun. Homer and Julie Ann were very friendly and helpful and offered to look after my dogs while I went to a concert but I ended up taking them with me and they were happy to chill in their dog beds in my car. I went to a concert at the Boardwalk in Orangevale, just 7 mins away. Lovely, peaceful property at the dead-end of a street in a very charming neighborhood, just a few blocks from historic downtown Folsom, the Rainbow Bridge, and the Johnny Cash trail. There was quite a bit required for a 10:00am check out: gathering and washing towels, stripping the bed, taking out the trash/recycling, but I didn't see that they charge a cleaning fee, so it seemed reasonable to me.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! From the moment I arrived, the host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful – every question I had was answered right away. The place itself was spotless, stylish, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (plus a few that made it feel like a boutique hotel!). The bed was super comfortable, the space was peaceful, and the location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. What really stood out was the host’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about making your stay perfect. Highly, highly recommended. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, book it without hesitation. I’ll definitely be back!

This was our third stay within the last year. Each stay was a pleasure. Luis is available if you need help. Otherwise, he respects your privacy. Ideal location for our activities. We are planning to stay again in the future.
