You’ll love the this waterfront property, tucked back in a quiet cove, with exceptional lake views. The lodge sits on an acre , with a large fenced in area and has plenty of vehicle and boat parking. The boat launch is 0.5 miles away! You will find a beautiful porch with fire pit and pellet grill, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and utility room! We have even hosted a wedding!

The Wright House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Twin Pines-comfy camp to enjoy Toledo Bend.

Keep it simple at this clean, comfy, peaceful and centrally-located water-view camp just minutes from Toledo Town. 3 bedroom / 2 bath with all the amenities. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Boat launch possibly available on request. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. (No cats please)

Located on the main drive in Hemphill, close to everything you need from restaurants, gas stations, groceries, banks, and gym all near by. The lake is not far and we allow for boat parking. Unit is Smoke Free, No Pets and No Parties. Check in at 4 pm and check out by 10 am
