Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Härlig utsikt från terrassen och bra förbindelser till Rom. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vi skulle gärna stanna ett par dagar till.

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft-für uns perfekt. 50m zum Strand, direkt gegenüber eine Feinkostgeschäft und viele schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Dachterrasse ist super und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Mit der Bahn ist man für 1,50€ in ca. 40 min in Rom, besser geht es nicht. Salvatore ist ein toller Gastgeber, mit vielen gute Tipps und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt bei ihm, und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Das Haus und Garten sind ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für Ferien am Strand bedarf. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit schönem und sauberem Strand. Die Kinder haben auch die Hängematte und die Liegen beim Haus genutzt. Gemütliches Essen auf der Veranda und die Grillstelle waren weitere Highlights. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Consigliato per le famiglie, noi siamo stati con una bambina di 2anni e mezzo, con la terrazza enorme quindi da sfruttare moltissimo con una bimba piccola la sera e accanto alla spiaggia libera o allo stabilimento molto carino per famiglie. Vacanza relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Die geräumige Unterkunft direkt am Meer gelegen bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der große Garten lädt ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt Vieles im Umfeld zu entdecken und Rom und Neapel sind bequem mit dem Zug vom örtlichen Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufmöglichkeiten (auch in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar) und gleich nebenan befindet sich ein tolles Restaurant.

Fiumicino is ver peaceful. This location is right across from the beach and the whole strip is full of restaurants that you can walk to. I traveled to Rome and Florence from here, and it wasn’t a hassle. Even exploring Fiumicino was easy and cool. I know the summer time in this area is a blast! Locals will help you for the most part. You are walking distance from the bus and the convenience to ADR airport is the best part. Our host was very nice and welcoming. Her communication made our stay and comfortable a breeze. The inside is very cute, and clean. All appliances you need to eat,cook and even shower is available :) The area is quiet all day. I’ll be back!

appartamento molto comodo , funzionale per deve viaggiare situato ne lungomare di fiumicino Naoki e stata fantastica e sempre disponibile

Ciao. Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti di Robbi per 10 giorni ad Agosto 24. L'alloggio è al piano terra di una villetta quadrifamiliare con posto auto privato e un giardino veramente ben tenuto proprio sulla spiaggia, non bisogna neanche attraversare la strada. La villetta è all'interno di un residence privato fuori dal centro di Terracina; se durante il giorno la spiaggia è parecchio affollata, la sera la zona è molto tranquilla. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato, sia come locali che come servizi, esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio; unico neo qualche problema con la connessione WiFi e quindi con i programmi TV in streaming (non c'è antenna). Ci spiace non aver conosciuto di persona il nostro host Robbi, anche se telefonicamente si è costantemente interessato di come andasse il nostro soggiorno; a proposito devo ringraziarlo per la disponibilità nel preparare, al nostro arrivo, un sorpresa per mia moglie. Buona vita a tutti!
