The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

The villa sits just outside of Sa Pobla which has a few restaurants and shops, plus a popular market. It's only a short drive into Alcudia and Pollensa which are filled with both modern and traditional restaurants and shops.
