*** 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR SHEEP & WOOL 2020*** This cosy 3-bedroom Colonial house is located a short drive or walk away from the beautiful and historic town of Rhinebeck with its charming restaurants, shops, indie cinema and farmers' market.
Head to beautiful Rhinebeck in upstate NY for cosy nights in front of the fire, and in summer BBQing, sunsets and chilling on the patio with friends and family. Swim in the town pool a 5 minute drive away, or at the Omega Institute lake, and enjoy the Dutchess County Fair.
Our upstate home is a cozy & tastefully decorated home for your country getaway. Conveniently set back from a quiet road in a 2.5-acre retreat, a few minutes drive to the charming Village of Rhinebeck. Four beds sleep up to 6 guests.
-Our home is to be enjoyed by the number of booked guests. No visitors.
-Please count your kids over 1 in the guest number.
Set back from the road by a short gravel drive, our home sits on 2.5 acres, backing onto farmland offering sunsets in the summer and is set on a picturesque, quiet, tree-lined road with a waterfall and a turtle crossing, popular with walkers and cyclists. Lovingly renovated with two decks (one side - one roof off the master bedroom), a stone patio with outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ and a fire pit, surrounded by mature shrubs, apple, white oak, maple and lilac trees.
Our home has gas heating and excellent insulation, but we also have a wood fire. We provide the first few days of fire wood and kindling for your convenience. If you stay in winter the house will be fully heated once you arrive.
In the summer we keep our home cool with 3 window ACs in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and provide fans downstairs which keep the downstairs sufficiently cool in the hot weather.
TV, Time Warner cable, Xbox 360 and wifi provided.
The house sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds; 2 queens and 2 twins. All are situated on the second floor. The master bedroom enjoys its own private en-suite bathroom with claw foot tub and a comfortable wooden bed from Room & Board. It also has a private deck. The second bathroom with tub and shower is situated off the landing. Furniture in the bedrooms is an eclectic mix of Room & Board, West Elm, IKEA with some antiques thrown in for good measure! Selection of children's books in the twin bedroom.

Justin2018-08-19T00:00:00Z
