Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

Set in a 12 acre riverside campsite, this Cosy Rustic Cabin offers spacious relaxation whatever the weather! Snuggle up in front of the fire with your feet up, or pop outside for a dip in our new wood fired hot tub! As we're 100% off-grid, this is the perfect place to disconnect, go for a swim in the heart of the River Avon which meanders around the edge of the field, cook up some food on the BBQ, or take a leisure walk to one of the local (dog friendly) pubs or restaurants.

The Baginton Bear Suite

Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

There is dedicated wifi and a TV available for your use offering freeview channels. We are not set up for pets or children. We do not allow smoking on the premises and you need your own transport to stay here. Early check in or late check out for a fee with prior arrangement only.
