Family-friendly or a romantic retreat for two, it's on the 1st & 2nd floors of a Grade II Listed building dating back to the 1500s, managed by Hannah. It’s ideal for a staycation. On the first floor there's a living room, kitchen & bathroom. On the 2nd floor there's a double bedroom & a twin bedroom with two full-size single ‘cabin’ beds, connected by a dressing room.

Rother - Rye is a studio in the centre of Rye. It’s in an fab location to see all the town. Just 2 minutes walk from The Landgate Arch, and Conduit Hill which both lead to the high street. The popular Waterworks brewery is just at the end of the street. This studio has a king size bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to the property has stairs. The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. The property is surrounded by trees and hedgerows and there is a secluded front garden to eat outside in the summer.
