Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. In the churchyard, neighbouring the award winning and brilliant Railway Inn, this 18th century Ketton stone cottage is a very special place to come and stay with friends and family. We have the Rutland Vineyard, a village stores, it is near Rutland Water, there are fab local walks, a great food scene, and there is Burghley House in Stamford, “England’s most attractive town” according to John Betjeman. For me, it is like the Loire and Cotswold towns, but friendlier and with fewer Range Rovers.

Osprey Cottage in Manton is a beautifully presented end terrace property which sleeps 4 guests. One bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom that can be configured either as single beds (2’6” wide) or a king, and a stylish bathroom. Finished in a contemporary style with modern facilities including Wi-Fi(74mb), TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Peaceful hidden hut based in the heart of Stamford

Adventure awaits you in this rustic and romantic getaway. The hut is based in a very quiet location on the edge of Stamford town centre. All of your home facility needs will be provided including, air fryer/microwave/fridge/kettle/running hot and cold water/shower/toilet/hand basin/heated radiator/double bed, sofa bed and bedding/EETV and Wi-Fi. Free parking and private entrance through a gate at the back of the house. Extra amenities include - travel cot, blankets and dog bed and bowls.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Primrose Hall Holiday Cottage Rutland

Primrose Hall is a beautifully renovated, Grade 2 listed stone barn conversion. It is ideally situated in the Rutland village of Empingham, within walking distance of Rutland Water’s North Shore. Empingham nestles in the Gwash Valley, equidistant from the charming Georgian town of Stamford, and Rutland’s county town, Oakham. The village has a shop, pub, medical centre, and an antique shop just 250m away. The local area also benefits from many other very good pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Idyllic Thatched Country Cottage - a hidden gem!

Situated in the picturesque village of Wing, this adorable thatched cottage is nestled in the grounds of beautiful Cedar House. The property was fully renovated in March 2021 and is the ideal getaway location to explore everything that stunning Rutland has to offer. The cottage is only 5 minute drive to Rutland Water, Uppingham and Oakham, so you have everything you wish to experience during your stay on your doorstep. Historic Stamford is also only 20 mins away.

Self-contained Studio annexe in Oakham.

Studio has own entrance at the front of house and access to back garden through the patio doors. Completely self contained . Small kitchen area with sink, a full size fridge, and a washing machine if needed. There is one double bed in the studio, but also a self inflating single air bed with bedding if required. Just a quick note, my place is quite compact, so perfect for 1-2 nights, longer stays may feel a bit tight as storage is quite limited.
