The studio is immaculate and very comfortable. We found it easily. We had a couple of questions before arrival which were helpfully and promptly answered. Our stay was very short and we had no need to contact Richard while we were there. We would definitely stay again if they will have us!

Suited our needs for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The arrival was good, we probably could have asked to leave later as 09.00 was a bit early, 10.00 would have been better. Would recommend and go back again.

What a wonderful time in Steve's flat! Cosiness, lovely, high-quality furnishings, absolute peace and quiet - what more could you want? 5 stars are not enough......we will definitely be back!

We stayed for a night in stable cottage, very comfortable and cozy, very quiet on a night time with it being out of the way from main roads etc. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a little night away as a stop over to a new location. The facilities were all stunning and very clean. Thanks! :)

Good location, nice and clean, comfy mattresses. Building itself a little confusing to navigate.

Perfect place to explore Uppingham and the surroundings such as the lakes, etc. Lovely selection of pubs and cafes on the doorstep and a great place to go for peace and quiet. Highly reccomended.

We spent two nights here and everything was perfect, cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook a meal, Michelle provided some essentials for our stay including wine coffee pods and milk which was a nice touch, beautiful views over fields, village is lovely and peaceful. Patio area was fully enclosed for our little dog. We visited Rutland water, Stamford and fineshade woods and would recommend them all. We will definitely return in the near future.

Had a lovely stay at the maltings. It’s a great location at the heart of Stamford. The property was lovely, clean and well equipped. Bobby and Luisa were really helpful and made some great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely recommend

The property was as described, and perfect for our requirements; in particular, the kitchen/diner is a fabulous place to be with the family. Great communication from Rebecca throughout, and would be happy to stay again if we need to come back down to the Stamford area

very clean cottage in lovely village with garden and parking, nice village pub nearby, 5 mins walk to rutland water. 10 mins drive to market town of oakham with deli,bakeries, coffee shops, pubs, tesco etc. lots of walking from your doorstep. very pretty area, chocolate box cottages.

Our stay was everything we wanted and needed for our bank holiday gaming weekend! The house was beautiful and with lovely surroundings. Ian was an attentive host, and made sure that we were comfortable and knew exactly how everything in the house worked. He also sorted out the barbecue for us as we requested to use it, which was very much appreciated. The local recommendations were also really useful and guided us to an excellent pub in town!! Massively recommended!

Sally and Clive's place was a great find. Very peaceful, open countryside and a lovely scenic walk into Crick. There are some great pubs in the area. Highly recommended if you want a break from the rat race.

Jennifer’s place was warm, clean and very cosy. The snacks were a great addition and the annex was nice and private too. Perfect for my work trip.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had! The host was amazing—super responsive, kind, and helpful even before we booked. Check-in was smooth, and the home was even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with modern amenities. The rooms are very spacious, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The private back garden was a peaceful oasis—lush, quiet, and great for relaxing. The host also offered a nice selection of drinks for a small extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch. Lovely place - Kate was quick to respond to any queries and a lovely host. Lovely bathroom and shower (always high on our list) and the living room was great for me to work and my children to get on with some of their projects/ homework. Lovely walks/runs from the front door and very close to Rutland water and everything it offers. Excellent value.

Annie’s place is very well designed for two people to have a very comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely bathroom with great shower. The bed is super comfy with lovely bed linen. Great location for walking and exploring the area. Short walk to the local pub and situated in a very pretty quiet lane. Annie was very easy to communicate with. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.
