Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

Austin street is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and situated only a 2 min walk from the town centre and the beautiful green meadows.
