Self contained accommodation with private entrance in a beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. There are no streetlights nearby so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Very friendly local village pub is 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Upton is a small village,two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving freshly prepared food.

Unique static boat moored on the Trent , great for fishing or just relaxing, fantastic views lots lovely walks,The boat is now ready for the winter months heating on log burner ready to go, new kitchenware very cozy ,Christmas almost upon us why not try a stay over Christmas and enjoy the boat decked out. Festive homemade treats in a small hamper including mince pies and mulled wine.
