House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, foldable floor mattress and futon provided.

Enjoy waterfront restaurants , night life, tiki bars, fishing, kayaking, biking on the Henry Hudson Trail, hiking in Hartshorne Woods Park, and of course Sandy Hook Beaches.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
