Currently, a creative family of artists lives in the manor – Ieva and Kārlis Zemītis. Occasionally, they open up the estate by organising various cultural events.

The tiny house is located on a farm in the Latvian countryside. It is on a meadow with two horses and goats and surrounded by beautiful nature. The room inside has a big glass window with a view on a small pond. The rooftop terrace is perfect to enjoy the sun, read a book or watch the sunset. On the terrace in front of the house you can enjoy your coffee or tea together with the horses. On the property, you find a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace. You can use the common kitchen of the guesthouse.

All rooms and dormitories here are simply furnished. Each features access to shared bathroom facilities. At Ausmas guests can relax in the garden, in the shared lounge with a fireplace or in the sauna available at an extra fee. Meals can be served upon request and guests are welcome to use free barbecue equipment.
