Explore the sights of Copenhagen and retreat to our villa by the lake, when you need to relax or focus. Dive into nature and enjoy the peace, birds singing, beautiful surroundings, and wildlife. You might also go for a dip in the lake from your very own private pier. 2 km to shopping, 800 m to bus and 4 km to S-train station

Log House with stunning views

Charming and unique log house in beautiful Northern Sealand with stunning views from the house. Right by the Lake and forests. But also close to Hørsholm city, with cultural life, shopping and great restaurants. 20 min by car to Louisiana museum and 25 min to Copenhagen. Good access from bus and train. Wake up to the animals from the forrest passing by and take a walk by the lake :) Nb! Cat living in the house when not visitors. Chickens in the garden providing organic egg’s for your breakfast!

Det store fællesrum gør boligen ideel for familien der elsker at være sammen omkring madlavning, spisning, spil og hygge. 3-4 værelser og et annex giver mulighed for privatliv. få minutter til skov, sø og indkøb samt tog og bus til København og Nordsjælland.

Spacious 4 bedroom villa with 2,5 baths with beautiful lake view in a very quiet neighborhood. You'll be able to enjoy a lot of activities very close to the house: walks in the protected green area "Vaserne", swimming or kayaking in the lake (kayaks provided at private pier 2 minutes walk from the house - no direct access to the lake from the garden) If you want to visit Copenhagen, it's only 25 minutes drive away. Please note that our cat, Rosie, will be staying in the house during your stay.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Idyll on the lake near Copenhagen

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. If it rains, you can relax with a book on the sofa or enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The house contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Perfect for family or friends on a trip who appreciate a good view and quiet surroundings. No animals, thanks.

Hyggelig villa med perfekt beliggenhed. Med strand og skov kun 50 meter fra hoveddøren og 5 min gang til toget der forbinder både København og Helsingør, kan i ikke få bedre beliggenhed. Restauranter, caféer, indkøb m.m ligger få hundrede meter fra huset, så alt kan klares på gåben. Er i til hjemlig hygge, kan i tænde op i pejsen eller sætte jer på den overdækkede terrasse og nyde udsigten udover havnen og vandet. Ønsker i en aktiv ferie, kan i benytte træningsfaciliteterne på havnen.

Lake house close to Copenhagen

Modern family friendly lake house with direct access to the lake, and only 30 min drive north from Copenhagen center and 5 min driving to the Ocean with beach. The house is perfect for a family who wants to see Copenhagen and have a relaxing time as well. The house has been in several international interior magazines, and is a perfect spot for you who apperciate nice design in a casual and relaxing way. The house got a new kitchen in 2022 and also a new private dock at the lakeside.

Hus med havudsigt og tennisbane

Vidunderligt familievenligt hus med havudsigt ved Rungsted Havn. Huset er nyrenoveret med masser kunst og skønne farver. Her vågner man med et smil, når man fra husets panorama vinduer studerer sejlskibenes stille fart gennem Øresund. Efter morgenkaffe på den rolige træterrasse starter dagen med havdyp fra badebroen eller tennis i parken. Når spadserturen langs vandet har sat sig i krop og sjæl, nydes solnedgangen med en cocktail på udsigtsterrassen, mens grillen opvarmes.

Havudsigt i Nordsjælland

Lejligheden ligger lige ud til vandet ved Skodsborg strand lige foran. Skoven ligger lige bag ved med masser af skønne aktiviteter bl.a. Bøllemosen. Dette er unik lejlighed, beliggenhed med kort afstand til både København (20 Min) med tog eller bil. Der er 200 meter til togstation samt spændende aktiviteter og muligheder. Der findes også en stor tagterrasse med 180 graders udsigt over hele Øresund. Vi søger pt helst langsigtede booking med udlejning på mdr basis fra August 2025.
