Taupo Acacia Bay Haven, BEST amazing lake views.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Magic location. Relax and unwind. Peace and serenity in beautiful Hatepe. It’s perfect for both Winter and Summer, just 15 mins to Taupo/Turangi and 45 mins to the Mountain. Famous trout fishing, mountain biking and hiking. Our house offers kayaks for the whole family, bikes, and all your lakeside essentials. There are 2 separate, cosy living areas, 3 fireplaces and underfloor heating. The kitchen boasts one of the best views from anywhere and with dining either inside or out, you will love it!

A short drive from Taupō township, the apartment is attached to the owner's private residence at Whakamoenga Point. Just a stone’s throw from the lake edge you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of NZ's largest freshwater lake, view the Ngātoroirangi Māori Carvings, play tennis, enjoy the walking trails or relax on your private garden view balcony.

Soothing Riverside Cabin, Taumarunui

No cleaning fee. The cabin is a bedroom with the toilet, shower and kitchen located separately a few metres away. You are on the tip of a peninsula in the Whanganui River. Lie in bed and watch the fish rise in the morning or maybe sit around the fire in the evening enjoying the peace and quiet after a refreshing swim. Mountains are 40 mins away, kayaking tours 10 mins away and Taumarunui is 12km. Please don't bring water, free, safe water is provided. Limiting plastic is much appreciated.

Harry's Lake House

Formally called "Peaceful Poplars "Step straight from your comfortable, spacious, lakeside home onto the grass reserve and a few paces to the beach and safe swimming. A large section has room for the boat with the boat ramp only a short 1 min drive away. This Bach is perfect for both a summer or a winter holiday. Ruaphehu ski fields are a 40 min drive, and mountain biking and thermal hot pools hit the spot during winter. Boating, fishing, kayaking, and hikes are close by during summer.

BEST LAKE VIEWS EVER- in a comfy iconic kiwi bach

We are excited to share our precious family bach with you. Though not a 5 star hotel, it's warm, functional, cosy and has everything you need, whilst remaining an iconic kiwi bach. It is in a superb location - right on the lake front, with only reserve between the bach and the lake. Perfect for two smaller families to meet up and enjoy all that the area has to offer, summer or winter! If Kramphouse brings you half the joy it brings us, you will have a very memorable time!

A special Haven in Paradise! The generous, upstairs living area has plenty of room for food preparation, eating and relaxing. This living space opens up to 2 deck areas capturing all day sun. The longer of the 2 decks has steps leading to the grass reserve, the beach and safe swimming. Room for the boat with a boat ramp only a minute away. Kayak the beautiful Kuratau River or enjoy the bush walks. Relax by the wood burner apres skiing or your adventure of choice!
