We loved our stay at Suzanne's place! It's serene, peaceful and just what we were after. The facilities are well thought-out and well-stocked. Can't beat the location and privacy next to the beautiful river. A real hidden gem. I can see why it's listed as one of Air BnB's 'Guest Favourites'. Suzanne is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us :)

El mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Nueva Zelanda 😍 Todo muy limpio, bonito y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia estupenda. Hay mucho espacio para poder colocar dos maletas grandes sin que molesten, un baño grande y lo mejor es la cocina, con todo tipo de utensilios muy bien cuidados para poder cocinar. Además había muchas opciones para desayunar, todo muy bueno. Pudimos hacer la colada y hay una zona de terraza vallada para el alojamiento, todo muy bonito. Sher y Carty han sido encantadores con nosotros, siempre pendientes de que todo fuese bien, interesándose por nosotros y dándonos recomendaciones. Sin duda un sitio para repetir, hemos salido de allí encantados.

It’s hard to put into words how incredible this place truly is. Such a unique design with detail that. Watches the eye in every direction. It made our trip so much better coming home every night to the Pumice house. Can’t thank Evan enough for all the help, suggestions, and opening his property for us to enjoy! We Hope to be back!

We stayed at Anton and Frances’s gorgeous Kubo Airbnb, perched up on a peaceful hilltop with breathtaking views and the kind of weather you hope for on postcards. But honestly, what made this stay unforgettable wasn’t just the scenery, it was the cabin itself. 😍 Every corner of the house had a thoughtful touch, from cozy textures, cushions to charming little bursts of art that made it feel like a personal gallery curated just for us. We caught ourselves smiling every time I noticed another piece like discovering hidden treasures without even leaving the couch.😊 This personally from my partner she says - as someone from Asia… her joy peaked in the bathroom. Let’s just say they really understood the assignment, and if you know, you know. That moment alone earned this stay six stars in our book.🫶 But we’d love to mention them being very detailed about their cabin, they provided everything you’d need for comfort and the perfect warmth you’d need when the temperature drops 😊

We loved staying here during our time in Raurimu! Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, answering any of our questions with no problem. The space was so cozy with amazing views and fully stoked with anything you could need. Would recommend this airbnb to anyone staying in the area!

That's exactly as what we are looking for! Big enough for every of us, open view face to the golf course that we are going to play next morning, too short to enjoy our stays as we've been busy to finish our golf trip in only 2 days inTaupo (Kinloch). Looking forward to book here again when I have a chance in the future :)

Lovely home and great hosts - it was just what we were looking for during our time in Kinloch. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and super thoughtful with how the house was set-up before we arrived and with what they made available. Would definitely recommend the hosts and the property.

Spacious and Private – Your Home Away from Home!

Was the perfect location for us to explore the area, including the forgotten highway. We were impressed how good the heating options were, x2 efficient heat pumps and great log burner, with heat transfer into the bedrooms, plenty of wood available. It was easy to feel at home as lots of personal touches throughout. We were a multi-generational family of 6 but could imagine x2 families would work well with the space. We self catered and kitchen was well set up to do this.

Came as a large family looking for somewhere to base ourselves for the Tongariro crossing. Plenty of space for us to kick back & relax. Host was exceptional, the place is well looked after and suitably equipped for both hot & cold weather. Kitchen had all we needed and more. BBQ was great, nice outdoor space to enjoy food and drinks.

Smart & cozy cabin in the Middle of Nowhere

Lovely tiny house in the middle of nowhere. Generally really well-equipped and -furnished. The location is easy to find thanks to a marker on Google Maps, just make sure to take the correct gate on the right-hand side (it was a bit confusing at dark with two gates right next to each other).
