A stunning, contemporary open plan studio apartment in a rural location. Free parking. Situated on a popular cycle route, a short walk from Malmesbury with its' impressive Abbey. The studio has a large balcony to enjoy your breakfast (or dinner) on! Luxury shower room, comfy sofa and large TV. "The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub.
