This listing is a recently refurbished annex attached to the side of the main property. It comes with a private entrance, bathroom, patio outdoor seating area and small kitchenette including a microwave, kettle, toaster and full crockery set. An Air Fryer and Fridge is also available. Tea and coffee is provided with fresh milk and bottled water. Fruit juices are also provided. Only a 5 minute walk to Crowborough town, the location is perfect and also situated on the outskirts of Ashdown forest.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

This well presented little place is set away from the main road half way between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. Easy access to A21 and M25 free private parking.
