Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. A spacious 2nd floor Victorian flat (w/WiFi) in the heart of Tunbridge Wells within walking distance from the station, shops, bars and restaurants. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine , fridge freezer, cooker and a small breakfast bar. This flat is positioned and prepared to accommodate people on business travel as well as those on holiday. We have fast broadband.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Self -contained spacious lower ground floor of our Victorian (1873) house, with garden, centrally located for easy walking to amenities: restaurants and bars; parks with cafe and playground, and the Common; shops and convenience stores; historic Pantiles; railway stations and buses. Parking (one car) on drive and on street. Secure bike storage in garage. Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. See the last few photos for the views and the new gleaming building exterior.
