Beautiful mews house on a quiet cobbled street.

Our lovely mews house is on a cobbled street in the centre of the city, just behind Picardy Place & York Place. It's a new build property, beautifully finished in an eclectic modern style with high quality furnishings. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own shower room. The lower ground floor bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the house's peaceful patio garden space. The lounge, kitchen & diner are on the first floor, which is a beautiful light space with mezzanine. A rare property.

The sunroom - A sunny room on the 1st floor of a beautiful double upper colony townhouse situated in East Edinburgh. Situated in East Edinburgh, perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat from the busy / noisy centre that’s still within easy reach. I live with my cute dog Indigo - she loves people so much - however if you are not fond of dogs she can stay elsewhere with my parents over short stays. You will share the downstairs bathroom with the guest across the hall in the Moonroom.

Garden & Art House, exquisite location

A family home with curated art collection, Persian rugs, and furniture from around the world. Located within a 10 minute walk to festival venues, Edinburgh University, and town centre, home retains a feeling of quiet countryside. The front door opens to a path to Arthur's Seat and the back door to secluded south facing garden, with seating and fire pit for chilly evenings. We have a lush garden with a herb spiral for salads and cooking, and shops, bakery, and restaurants within a short walk.
