Georgian basement flat of a townhouse designed by ‘William Playfield’. Very central location. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to The Playhouse Theatre and St James Quarter shopping centre. Princes street and Waverley station are a 10 minute walk. Calton Hill is 3 minutes walk. Apartment is very spacious and and has front and rear private courtyard spaces. The accommodation is very peaceful despite being centrally located so close to fantastic transport links, bars and restaurants.
