Charming City Centre Flat with Warmth & Character

Located in the heart of the city, my quirky apartment will be a great base for your stay in Edinburgh. It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a woodburning stove. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

Centrally located flat main door flat in the New Town World Heritage Site, located in a 225 year old historical listed building. Perfectly located for exploring the city and a very short distance from the St James Quarter centre, bus station and train station. Newly refurbished and has the unique advantage of being a main door flat with a lovely outside patio/courtyard with lighting so is perfect to sit out in the summer evenings.

Spacious flat 15 mins to Grassmarket & Royal Mile

This bright and airy traditional tenement flat is located in the upmarket area of Newington. Edinburgh city centre is around a half an hour walk or 10/15 minutes via public transport. Our apartment has traditional features such as a real fire place, high ceiling and cornices. The flat has recently been modernised with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. We have all the cooking equipment you need to cook a lovely meal.
