Vibrant Flat with Fantastic Views by the Royal Mile

Things I love about my flat - the views and the location. This is a very spacious 1 bedroom property, approximately 90 sq meters. This place may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to city centre sounds: sirens, revellers, traffic etc. The noise from other dwellings in the stair can be annoying at times. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The flat is up 2 flights of stairs. The entire apartment is available to guests. I am available by phone, text and email. I will get back to you ASAP and in any event within 24 hours Old town The train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are regular buses available on the Mound and trams on Princess Street, which you can see from the lounge window. The flat has superfast fibre internet. There are Ethernet ports throughout the flat. This would make an excellent let for visitors on business. The secondary glazing makes this a peaceful flat most of the time despite being in the very centre of Edinburgh.

Steps off the Royal Mile, comfortable 2 bed flat

The apartment is very central and safe, just steps off the Royal Mile within the Old Fishmarket by St Giles cathedral. Just 5 minutes walk to top attractions such as the Museum of Scotland, the National Gallery, Festival theatre and the Castle. Waverley station, the Meadows , George Street and the New Town beyond are easy walks away too. Great for sightseers, old and young and is NOT a party flat. My family use the apartment when working in Edinburgh and so it is more a second home than a hotel.

Located on the opposite side of the street from Edinburgh Castle, this first floor apartment has a lounge, double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms sleep up to a maximum of four persons and the windows of these rooms look over the city skyline, giving wide panoramic views to Arthur Seat and Salisbury Crags on the east side of the city as well as George Heriots and the Pentland Hills which lie to the south and west of the city.
