Regency Nest is a 2 level apartment in a Georgian terraced house, located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. All the delights this elegant town has to offer are on your doorstep such as Jephson Gardens, River Leam, plus a multitude of eateries, pubs, supermarkets - all the essentials to cater for your needs. Regency Nest has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining space plus a dedicated office area that offers flexible working. 3 stylish bedrooms offer double or twin single beds.

Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.
