The rustic cozy "Guest Suite" at the Perkins Homestead has it's own private entrance; Enjoy the feeling of the history at the antique 1847 farmhouse with wide plank floors; working fireplace; cozy private living room, Private bathroom, Private Kitchenette includes coffee maker, under counter refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven; A small clean up sink; King size bed; Views of a dirt road that meanders through the original "Homestead" farmland; take a walk or just hang out in front of a fire.

Private(not shared) self check-in, clean, quiet, safe, and free off street parking on a cul de sac road. The suite is 600sq your own private bathroom, backyard, and number keypad for your convenience to enter/exit into the suite at will, there is high speed Wi-Fi, HD cable tv, Kcup machine, heat/ac (indoor fireplace) also a firepit outsde ,rubber track and tennis courts literally in the back yard. 5miles away from Yale/nh and 5mins to Griffen Hospital and major highways great local restaurants

The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..
