Our new renovated apartment is situated in the centre of the city, near the bus station and near the main street of Rovinj- Carera. Parking on the street/parking place nearby is chargable (zone 2 and 3-2,00 €/h or a daily card 15,00 €/day). Only for our guests we have organized 1 free of charge parking place, 14 minutes away by walk from the apartment. The apartment is located at the second floor of the building, at the Lacco Square (Trg na Lokvi). Sunny place and beautiful view. Sea view too!

Studio for two/ 2min to beach/ Seaview and balcony

Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

One parking space is included as part of the package. The town center is only ten minutes' walk from the flat. The nearest public beach is fifteen minutes away by foot. The nearest grocery store is five minutes away. BTW, don't worry, WiFi is free and included. You deserve to unwind and enjoy your stay here!

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
